Conditions of registration:
1.By National Associations for the selected (number of entries allocated by the IACA) before February 28, 2014 with full payment.
2. By National Associations for the additional entries allocated by the IACA before March 31, 2014 with full payment.
3. After March 31, 2014 : individual registration open for the remaining entries to the limit of 120 competitors.
